Just the rubber gasket on top of the seatbox if I remember correctly, mine was all secondhand and I didn't exactly go to town on it, just made it fit

That's what I have done as well. Just need to do something with the carpet under the seats now. Cut the carpet to fit, remove altogether, or find another bit of grey carpet to go in its place. 1999 Defender TD5 110

I do like Uproar. Nice people to deal with and decent stuff. |

Thanks Zed and my local fab shop made the mudflaps using the rubber ones as a template but we made the radius around the exhaust slightly bigger
![]() They are 4mm think stainless steel powder coated. Without mudflaps the backend does look odd so I’m pleased to get these fitted. 2015 HT XS 90 2008 SVX 90 2000 XS TD5 90 |

Looks great, lots of work put in!
![]() Tonight I helped rescue a lady that had a flat battery on her C3. How silly is it that Citroen decided to fit a cover over the battery, only positive accessible no negative terminal easily accessible nor any suitable chassis earth point all plastic. ![]() In the end had to take the acoustic Matt off the top of the engine and then use the lifting eye, luckily free of paint. After that no problem at all, started first time. Enough to get home at least, it could be the battery going under, poor alternator charging current or loose connection although nothing seemed loose. Battery not holding its charge is my guess or parasitic draw. ![]() ⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

Where did you mount your fuel pump? I was thinking underneath in waterproof box.
Just ordered some more ducting / exhaust and inlet pipe 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |

My fuel tank aka header tank for a Ford Orion, is just in front of the heater box under the bonnet with the pulse pump just by the side of it. The fuel delivery pipe then runs along the chassis to the heater.

Cheers JWL I have gone separate fuel tank as well but on the drivers side away from turbo/exhaust. Fuel pump was going to be mounted under the rear floor in a plastic box. 1999 Defender TD5 110
