I want to get some gloss black versions of my grille and light surrounds, where is the best place to get them?

Got genuine gloss black surrounds from Dan at Duckworth Parts, but I understand the gloss black grille which I didn't need is quite costly Rob

Yeah I'm thinking it's probably worth a shot. Not sure how easy it would be to do the grille though.
On a side note, I fitted a new Moto Lita steering wheel and it feels so much better, it's also fixed the self cancelling indicators too Click image to enlarge |

I bought a cheap set of Xs grey ones for £30 on eBay then got them sprayed Santorini for £80 which was far cheaper than new genuine Lr ones

Had a few jobs done a to the Defender recently, new clutch and fuel filler pipe. And then I've done a few bits myself, new LED headlights, new Defender badging on the bonnet and although I haven't managed to get a photo of it yet, I also fitted a Britpart Swing Away Spare Wheel Carrier (awful job but at least it's done).
Really enjoying tinkering with it, did a couple of small green lanes in the local area too which was great fun. Click image to enlarge |

I think it may have to be LED's just because at the minute it looks a bit odd when the side lights and the LED headlights are both switched on, however I do prefer the look of the standard clear lens when switched off.

A few little jobs done yesterday. Fitted a snow cowl, also replaced the bumper bolts and cross member bolts for stainless ones as the light rusting was the thing I kept diverting my attention. And took the advice from a couple of you on here and fitted one of the phone holders too.

Never thought of that location for the phone holder. Is that a Ram mount bolt?

I stole the idea from here... https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic60413-375.html all the eBay links are on that page.
Forgot to add that I also built the Lego Defender that my wife got me for my birthday. Really enjoyable build.
