should be:
1. mass meter 2. camshaft position sensor 3. engine rev sensor 4. fuel filter 5. what else? - look if during the "problem" the VVT actuator is moving in the same manner - try to disconnect the battery for 1 or 2 hours (ECU RESET) and then test again - see with a voltmeter if the tension on the battery are fluctuating like the engine Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition ![]() IID Pro MV License Last edited by dgardel on 11th Jun 2011 1:35pm. Do you mean you only get this problem when the Air Con is ON ![]() ![]() ![]() If that is the case then I would get the Air/Con system Pressure tested. It could be that it is low on refrigerant or even over full and the Air/Con is switching on an off frequently thus altering the engine load frequently leading to the engine idle speed oscillating. ![]() ![]() |
