Ooh looks good... but going to need a bit more information please? What's the set up? Same ride height? What's it like? Better on road but loose any articulation? Same anti roll bars?
I find the suspension all a bit baffling, but wanting ideas for when mine 'needs' replacing. Looks good to me.
Can't remember if you've had a re-map etc, so have you done anything in that regard? Pickles. |

Sounds amazing! But so many more questions, sorry... How did you decide on the best setup? Did you go somewhere to get it all done? Can you adjust the dampers from within the cabin? I guess if you didn't want to lower you could keep original length springs?
Does look the bee's knees! Although I might come and throw some mud on it! I did it myself James. TBH the springs were partly decided from some previous experience. Only two companies could actually be bother getting back to me.
Treck Overland LRI. Thanks both for the effort! I already had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to achieve but thought it might take a few tries. Oddly I’m impressed with how well it corners already so might have just fallen lucky. It even goes under my garage door without the previous couple of extra winds on the manual handle. The whole vehicle also now comes in at under 2mtrs. That was what I was hoping for. For yourself I suppose it depends on what you want from it. We all have different objectives. |

Lovely looking suspension setup
Are the front Fox's remote res also? I looked at the offerings from fox before I opted for the Bilsteins, but without much info on them other than for serious off-road I didn't take the plunge. Would be interested to hear your thoughts on them after a few progressive outings edit: Like how you swapped out the turrets to show off the Fox's, nice touch! |

Hi Lovely looking 110 I like some of your mods and I have done a couple on my 90 back at the beginning you was not to sure about the wording on the your bonnet I am the same and now want Land Rover rather than Defender that I have now, if your 110 is Santorini black do you fancy a swop or just change the lettering ,can this be done ?
Click image to enlarge You can see in the picture why I would want a change. |

Matt.
My name is John, I lowered my suspension and I don’t care🤓🤓🤓 The fronts and rears are std length remote adjustable compression fox 2, it’s just the remote is mounted under the bonnet out the way on the front Click image to enlarge . How do I find them? Well they are the 🐝 knees. The adjustable gives you the option of changing for different purposes. Something you cannot do with the b6. Close enough on cost to the bilstein switchable but with a greater range of adjustment. It does everything I want it to do and it didn’t drag its backside when I loaded it up last week. Cornering is between mighty fine and exceptionally mighty fine 🤔. Ref my bonnet letters, well they have kind of grown on me for a backwards reason. All the rebuilds have Defender on them to look newer. Kind of like to be different with my new old look( just myself and several million others then). Thanks for the offer anyway. |

Oh also a good friend sent me some of these in red. Not the best picture as the garage was dark.

John, my 90 is also lowered , and I love it!
Looks like you went with the LRI springs? When I've seen them at Peterborough I've always thought they sit the defender at a good height; although went for the offerings from Alive in the end. Glad to hear you are getting on with the Fox, I may need to have a change.... although, as the 90 is a project and the Bilsteins haven't seen the road yet, I best not |
