Hi Martin
I have just ordered a wire terminal and 3 Td5 switch connectors - the PayPal transaction went through but web site crashed - please confirm that the order has been placed

Something looks like it went wrong with PayPal but your order and payment have come through fine Smile  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

If anyone fitting these needs a wire/terminal for the ECU plug I sell them on the site shop:

Hi Martin, that's spot on, but correct me if I'm wrong, but 30cm of wire supplied isn't enough to go to the back of the rev counter from the ecu? Cheers

Correct - it's not a full fitting kit (you would also need power and illumination and ground for the rev counter).

It's simply to give a connection to the rev counter signal on the ECU plug.

I could put together a full retrofit wiring kit but it would be more than £1.60 Wink  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Got ya,

As much as I like the thought of a rev counter, I can't help but think I don't need one. I must walk away from computer now or I will end up buying one

Hi Martin, do you know if its possible to take the power, illumination and ground from the clock assuming I don't plan on reusing it?

You can take ground and illumination from the clock. The power for the clock is permanent so you need to borrow an ignition switched source from another gauge.  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Croytec's "loom" appears to be 5 spade connectors on a short piece of wire each. Not a plug-and-play loom?  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Is there a 'rule of thumb' as to which vehicles will have the rev counter wiring in place behind the instrument panel and which will not? 2005 Td5 | 90 Station Wagon | Tonga Green

Pin 19 is connected for vehicles with ABS so not always an indication it will be behind the clocks.  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top
