Routinely get 600kms per tank with low light just coming on. Mainly 7 Kms twice per day to work.

Thanks interesting I know the 90 and 110 have different sized tanks however following filling up my 90 to the brim the light comes on after 260 miles…I have checked for leaks and nothing visible. Have also unplugged the MAF so was thinking maybe egr or injector seals?

Injector seals, I wouldn't jump to that unless you are getting derv in the oil.
I always found an oil and filter change (including Fuel) made a difference to MPG. But best to look at stuff that is affecting the engine. Belt tensioners wear, or alternator could be working hard, drag from anything on the engine. Brakes dragging from the calliper pins worn. Rubbish fuel doesn't help either. Then MAF, MAP sensors could do with a clean (electrical cleaner to remove oil etc). Intercooler Flush/Clean. |

Used to get 340 every tank but it seems to have dropped to around 310 since the weather got cold I measure from full till the light comes on. Ray

Mmm, I was getting 380+ to a tank.
I'm getting roughly the same with my 2.4 Puma. Cheers Andy |

I'd tentatively suggest that you're not driving it properly if you get that mileage from a tankful..... |
