Just blown a fuse when inserting a bulb into the courtesy light... radio stopped working also but all fuses are OK. Any ideas welcome!

Happened to me too. Interior light and radio on same fuse. It will almost certainly be a blown fuse. Swap over the fuse for these circuits. Can't remember which one but in main fuse box.

Have tested every dammed fuse in the box and all good! Interior light, radio, clock not working. Trip resets ever time the ignition is off. Worth mentioning that when the fuse or whatever blew, I'm sure I felt through my arse sat on the drivers seat. Cant imagine there is a solenoid in line...

Bloody hell, I can be complete at times. Really don't want to say what I've done, just take it that the problem is sorted. Thanks for you input.
Off to stand in a corner for a while.... |

I'm really curious now.
Were you looking in the wrong fuse box or something? |

2.4 or 2.2
also check fuse 30 and 15 for 2.4 / fuse 4p and 29p for 2.2 and voltage supply too at the fuse Last edited by dorsetsmith on 23rd Jan 2019 9:34am. Edited 2 times in total |

fuses seem ok. I had a new pioneer system put in a week ago. Don't suppose that has anything to do with it, would there be a separate fuse? forgive me if I am talking rubbish but I am not electrically savvy!
