First night was a nightmare in the awning on campbeds and nylon sleeping bags both the boy and I were a little peeved at sliding down, the Saturday night I hit on the idea of hooking the hood part of the mummy sleeping bags over the ends of the campbeds. Solved the problem a lot, we just ended up in a heap at the bottom of the bags instead of on the floor. |

Had the low fuel chime ping once and the yellow light come on just when I was at our local BP station. That was at least 4 months ago that this had happened.
Filled it up with a dose of STP diesel system cleaner and then BP Ultimate diesel, 59 liters until the first click. Paid a visit to our local dealer Autobritt, made an appointment for a date late in August for the 6 months oil service/maintenance plus a full engine and chassis clean and shine (as if the latter would be necy in my case ), but have to do this as I just received the letter in the mail with the invitation for the bi-annual Swiss MOT equivalent, and those gents want a spic and span clean truck to inspect. Oh, while I was there, a gent with a Jag with diplomatic plates offered to buy my SVX. Told him that he should look on autoscout.ch, still plenty new Heritage, Autobiography, Adventure editions on offer... Yes, he knew, but they are so expensive now..... Told him that those are still cheaper than my SVX today. Off he went in his Jag. Truck is now back in underground storage as we may get some rain tonight and tomorrow before the next batch of +30°C sunny weather returns, forecasted as of this weekend. Went for a late evening drive around Chatsworth, loved the piece and quiet. Made the most of the last of the daylight.

Very easy to fit mate took me about 3/4 of an hour but I was fiddling with other things too.easy to set up ..and I have to say the difference is impressive indeed.i change the gear box oil while I was messing about ,it took a tad getting used to you don't have to move the stick half as much as I did before so I'm happy with it .
