I'd do it all while you're in there, you'll probably end up re visiting it sooner rather than later. I went for the full monty - 2x wheelbox, the motor and drive cable combined - should be good for another 10 years I hope. TBH, the motor and cable looked in fair condition, I just didn't fancy pulling it all to bits again if it went wonky in the near future. As an absolute minimum do both wheel boxes - that's where the wear is.

Great thread guys I have the same discolouration also. I have had problem with the windscreen wiper seizing on the passenger side. When I remember I do give the spindle a squirt of WD40. Maybe ACF50 would be not sure.
