Speed Sensor Wiring
Hi Guy's... Does anyone know which wire (colour) is the signal wire for the speed sensor mounted on the transfer box (2013my 110)

United Kingdom 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Santorini Black
Three wires to the speed transducer:

1. +12v ignition - white/green
2. Earth - black
3. Speed pulse - black/red

Also available at pin 13 of the instrument pack connector.

If you want an ignition live, take the white one off the ignition switch, sounds worse than it is, pretty easy to get to

Thanks Guys... Yes I am... Just making up small sublooms so it can be removed if it goes faulty... Not a great fan of soldering joints and modifying the std loom... I've been trying to get around to fitting this for about 18 months... So I'm hoping to get it done today..
