Karl, you could make a steel plate which slots in behind the fairlead and in front of the bumber, stick your plate to it

Had 2 pairs of mud seat rails delivered today and then fitted them tonight.
The paperwork says it takes 15-20 minutes to fit, great. So of I went took the old seat out and fitted the rails. Then the problems started ![]() ![]() 2011MY 110 XS USW Black |

Well a little bit of trial and error but persisted and managed to fit them with the fixings supplied with out making any mod at all. But I do however need to take the drivers side ones off to repaint them at some point. Russell

i had the same issue. bought bolts 10mm longer, then they fitted easily.
made a huge difference. my only issue is i now have to bend my head down a little to out of the side window. ![]() otherwise they get my full praise, my legs are much more comfortable. BM52 |

Alan, I'm 6'3" and they're fine for me too. Perhaps it's that we're not a pair of whining old grannies? I doubt Glyn and his tall colleagues moan in the field that their knees rub. Some. Balls. Grow. |
