The belts look fantastic.

Thanks, just sent mine off to FDTS ltd after they sent me out a great selection of samples.

Completed the second rear electric window install, also made up some covers just to keep it tidy until I have the door cards trimmed.

Do they fit on the outside so the sliding windows still open.

did you do the back also? I've seen how easy our windows are to 'pop' out so probably quite handy especially with the kit going in yours

Are the rear seats / subframe in

Yes external on the sides as I don't like them inside beside the seats but on the rear they will be internal.

Frame is at getting painted

More pulling apart today, the back end is all sound proofed and wiring complete..

Will do the front tomorrow and then final fix the new rear subframe.

As its looking like the LS3 is going to happen I am going to hold off trimming the interior out, so the 2 cubby's are just getting new plain black padded lids to match the Recaros on either side.. I then just coloured the stitching down the front with a fabric paint pen.

are you keeping the front cubby when you convert to the ls3 as I guess they will do a auto conversion and console?

That's why I am holding off the list of trimming I was planning. the wildcat electronic system is my choice but the display integration needs to be better. I am going to design up a complete new console that runs from front to rear with a few ideas sneaking in

Found the remains of my last Dynamat so the front is a mix of it and skinz

Took the transmission cover out so I could do it properly as that's the most important part to deaden.

Got rear frame in to test and everything lined up and fitted first time! That's gotta be a first for a defender

Finished off the Skinz today and added all the second row looms...glad to see it coming together.
