Making my perfect 90.

So as some will know i started a little blogg in pics and vids.
So will now keep letting you all know how things are going all in 1 place

My project starts here with my already a little modded 90 Vaeda..
Started to feel the back was getting a bit tatty so no better place to start i thought

So after a good clean i gave it a good few coats of raptor bed lining paint.

Then set about cutting and fitting carpet throughout.

Eventually had the back looking quite tidy

Fitted the rear twin seatbelt clip out of a volvo so the dogs are secure.
Added the aluminium trim on the edges to save the carpet.

Had a few more hrs spare so set about fitting the rear panels from mud uk.
Started with a good clean of the walls .
Fitted the foam sheets. The front i found easier to cut in half as very sticky when back removed and they have to be fed behind the seatbelt anchors quite tight.

The panels are a really good fit only modification i had to do was to enlarge the cut out over the bulk head due to the carpet.

The top fixing points are already marked for drilling so initial fit is easy then just making sure everything is tight before drilling lower holes.
Really like the fit against the carpet.

Well had a morning free so added a few more bits..
Started with the new mud flaps.

I also had a set of masai lamp guards to fit so got them on..

My better half was always moaning of no were for storage in the doors so a couple of nets were next.

And last but not least a new set of pedal rubbers were fitted after a bit of cursing lol.

Got a wk off shortly so will be some dramatic changes in the rear as plans are coming together for storage. Split charger going in so mrs can run what ever

Yeah seems like an eternity it coming round lol...
Just about got everything i need to sort wile im off.
Got a screaming squirrel of a fuel pump to sort after w,end ... the endless list gets more endless!
