Painted my surrounds and prepared the rear cubby...

Been putting off this job but took my time and got a perfect fit all around.

A rough cut to start and then just used the dremel to bring it in to shape.

Subframe nearly ready to test fit.

Rear electric windows should all be in place tomorrow evening.

Started the sound proofing tonight, using Skinz, and also adding a 10mm Skinz lining kit on the roof. Badly want everything back togther now but still have a load of wiring to add...

Also decided to add the alpine digital TV tuner, but i am going to add an external rack antena.

New gears made up for the disco motors...

With the door in pieces and glass tied up out of the road I fitted Skinz over the complete inner door.

Disco motor now with new gear and plenty of lube fixed in place and worked perfectly first time, i drove it off the front motor cables for a while to get the benefit of a strong voltage.

A right pain to do but hope it's all worth it, added the Skinz to the roof and then the Skinz 10mm foam...

Then had to get all the cables in for the overhead player, a lot of wiring! I have some coming down each door A post and then the TV/PS4 heading to the back, just wasn't enough room.

It is ones of those jobs that you need 4 arms, I ended up using the bottle Jack to hold it in place! Hopefully the rest will be straight forward. The biggest pain was the rear view mirror re fitting. No matter what I tried it would not go back on.... Then suddenly realised I just needed to unscrew the mounting place and fix it on top on the headlining, clicked back on in seconds then...

All back in place after some tweaks. Biggest pain was forgetting to put the back section of the head lining in first so have to take it all down and start again

Connections made up front now and all cables neatly run.... I just need to connect up the power now and fingers crossed. Also doing a clean up in the battery box now and adding an ignition sense module which will make it handy for connecting this and the rear electric
