I have to say I love this idea and think I will be going down that route, one thing can you please tell me how high a storage box you could get underneath, I know I could measure the wheel arch but I am not in the country at the moment. Thanks 2.2 2012 110 utility Orkney Grey Also Range Rover Evoque - Surprising but I like it. Previous Freelander 2 SD4 HSE - Black 90 TD5 Discovery 3 Early Discovery. |

Thanks for the info. It does look good, and I was very hopeful when I saw they also had a New Zealand website. However the cost including shipping and import duty etc. comes out at $678, or GBP 305 at today's exchange rate! A bit too pricey for me I fear. ![]() |

Clemmo,
Can recommend having the rear door tinted. Had mine done by a place over the back of Bloxwich. Top job and for not a lot of dollar. Be interested to see your wheel arch under protection solution ![]() 2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |

Did you have the tinted film?
I was considering replacement glass..I hadn't considered a film.. If so how good is it? The replacement rear glass available from Dave at Vehicle Glazing Specialists (LandyGlass) is much better than a filmed rear window in my opinion! I've got one on mine, and it's so much better than the filmed window before, less scratchy now!

Replacement glass will always be better than film, but what's the cost difference.
The film on mine is a marginally different shade, but really marginal! 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone 2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |
