Been a busy few weeks since I picked it up. Got finished early today for once, so started fitting the fancy bits. Got to the car, to find the Battery flat, immobiliser shat itself, relays stuck and wouldn't crank over
All that resolved, got cracking with the front end Started with this  Click image to enlarge A few hours later Click image to enlarge Kinda wish I had a new bumper ready to go on, but I'm still trying to decide what to do with the front end... Made a start to the back end too, but seem to have misplaced the new lamps 
Get them sorted on Saturday, when the wife is out  |

First picture was the previous owners private plate, which had to come off before it could be used on the road (which I have not had a chance to do yet)
The 2nd picture is the cars current reg, under my ownership
Only had it since the end of January   |

Click image to enlarge New front bumper purchased and fitted. Much better again 
Got on with the back end too, with clear NAS lights for the tail/brake light, fog light and reverse light, and moved the indicators up in the body. The crossmember got a quick spray with black paint to tidy it up a little. Not too fussed about it, as it will be going onto a Galv chassis in the summer (or Autumn-ish, see how busy I am with work first) Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |
