Absolutely love it, but I preffered the contrast of the black wheels - it's lost a bit of its aggressive look IMHO.

Cheers mate
yeah looks a lot less aggressive, not sure I mind that though. Ill wait untill ive got my new tyres on and then can always do them satin black again if it takes my fancy. |

Got the extra supports on the roof rack fitted which was a real pain. A bars off as my insurance dont like them when I declared it so bought a second light bar the same and will put them on top of the hoop.
Other purchase sort of car related is a second hand caranex tent, would like a roof tent but dont want to have one on all the time and a bit big to lift up and down in my opinion so hopefully this will be the ideal solution. |

Back to the painters next week as a bit came off on the locker door, looks like the alloy had something on in that corner so its being redone. Im going down a wheel size again to some black ZU alloys with 285 75 16 BFG muds, although still want to go to 255's eventually. Think they'll suit it well, got the twisted ones in the for sale section now

Good choice on the 285 muds Tom, love them on mine.
I fancy a front hoop for mine now I've seen yours, I think we're both going for the same black and white look. Tom @tditomprice 100” Defender Hybrid 2010 Alaska White 90 HT |

I think if it wasnt an option on mine id hold off fitting the front hoop. There not actually very well made, this car is on its second as the original had rust holes through.
Black and white works well, what bits did you go for on your 90 to be done in the end? |

Suppose I should hold off on any large purchases anyway, I'm trying (and failing) to save up for a remap at the moment but it keeps getting spent on other things!
So far I've added a full set of black chequerplate - wings, sills, rear corners. Still waiting on a quote back for a black wrap on the roof, wheel arches and mirror backs. I can't decide whether I want the arches black though. Tom @tditomprice 100” Defender Hybrid 2010 Alaska White 90 HT |

Why not just get a second set of second hand black arches off ebay (usually a few sets on) takes 10 mins to swap them over and if you dont like them you can allways resell them and get your money back on either set sounds like its well underway then, Id go for the remap instead
pic of the 2 20" light bars mounted and some proper Bosh wipers that actually work! |

My white ones need repainting as the previous owner had them sprayed and its starting to come off in places (mainly due to my over-zealous pressure washing) so might just get them wrapped black and if I don't like it take it off and get them re-painted white.
Liking the two light bars on the roof. Did you think about one of the soft a-bars on the front with a light bar as per "LikeOMG"? Your insurance might like the soft one a bit better as it's a bit more pedestrian friendly. Tom @tditomprice 100” Defender Hybrid 2010 Alaska White 90 HT |

Wrapping sounds a good idea, ive only ever gone for paint purely as I know a very good and reasonably priced one locally to me.
Regards to the soft A bar yes I thought of one, decided I prefer the cleaner look so like the lights up there. Main reason though is the price of the rubber ones is ridiculous! Dont want to spend a fortune on this one (although ive done more than I intended and still a few items on my list ) |
