Contact adhesive works best, allows a bit of time to move things around too.

The seals have a metal band/thread contained within the manufacturing process! As Mse iimplied careful manipulation with a long piece of wood and pressure on a flat surface they can be made to grip again! You shouldn't really need to use any sealant or adhesive to get them to remain in position!

Doesn't matter how big the keys or keyboard it is always 'single digit typing' for me!

Hi SEB I assume it's the top one right? Both my fronts have done the same. on mine you can see where the original glue was and was only applied in places. I have bought some spray contact glue and it is on the "jobs to do" list but for now I just thump them back home. Boy |

I work with a guy who removed his door seals and then applied some denzo tape before putting the seal back in place.

My drivers door seal did the same thing, took it back to a LR dealer and they fitted a new seal under warranty.

Same problem here, fitted by the dealers using new seal and a stronger adhesive. Until now, working OK.

I had both the driver and passanger door seals replaced under warrenty because of this, then later out of warrenty I just stuck them in place.
