I recently took the drivers side seal off to facilitate removal of the pillar trim for routing a new wire. I was surprised how much drill swarf dropped out of the headliner on seal removal. My seal wasn't glued at all and went back on a treat. Maybe on build they have a mastic gun on standby just in case???
