Over a year since I've added anything to this thread.
So adding a short video from todays training (from the last round). 5 rounds, for time of; 5 x Axle bar ground to over head - 100kg 200m Sprint 30m Yoke carry - 240kg 200m Sprint 5 x Atlas Stone lifts - 96kg 24:02 mins &list=UUvYF0sFw--Uieowh6gpZ_ag Some of this years highlights have been; 120kg Clean and Jerk 200kg Dead lift 171kg Bench press Strong people are harder to kill and generally more useful! |

If anybody needs any stupidly heavy tyres for any training etc then we have hundreds of foam-filled cherry picker tyres attached to steel rims in our depots across the UK. I'd be more than happy for you to come and help yourself to some!! Tom
