Spent some of my weekend making Atlas Stones using ballast, grano and cement. All made using moulds I bought from the states. Some I tried black cement dye some are 'el natural. I have some red dye to try on next weekends set. There's 8 stones, lighter ones for high reps/weaklings haha and the big ones are for.......high reps, just slower!!!

Drawing up a yoke and some 'farmers walk' handles for her dad to make me.

Rear rank left to right: 111kg - 79kg - 94kg

Centre rank left to right: 33kg - 19kg - 42kg

Front rank left to right: 52kg - 64kg

If any ones fancies a set or a stone, let me know!!

If anybody needs any stupidly heavy tyres for any training etc then we have hundreds of foam-filled cherry picker tyres attached to steel rims in our depots across the UK. I'd be more than happy for you to come and help yourself to some!! Thumbs Up Tom
