United Kingdom 2005 Defender 90 Td5 XS CSW Zambezi Silver
No sorry no pics, was trying to do it quick as was a bit parky here on the coast !

But it really is easy just remove headlights, I wired mine from the nearside light and ran the wires to the offside lamp going under the bonnet slam panel by removing the fan shroud to gain access and secured with a couple of cable ties, the wiring is long enough to do this, for earth I used the radiator bracket bolts that go into inner wing, cleaned these up with a bit of emery cloth and sprayed with WD40. The live was run direct to the battery I used some shrouding for this wire that was not with the kit as I don't want this to chafe through in the future this was cable tied to air con pipes and then to the loom that runs along the chassis rail and in to the battery box. A couple of cable ties to secure the relays and fuse out of harms way and time to test. All working fine and just refitting the lights to complete the job. Didn't even need to drill any holes Thumbs Up 2005 Td5 90 XS

^^^ from what I can tell from the pictures, all these kits seem to be the same (apart from the price). I have a Bluesea fuse panel, so will connect the power to that rather than the inline fuse holders in the kit.

For the price, I couldn't buy the cable and connectors, so can't complain.

Cheers

think I put 20amp ones in , but really you could go bit lower , but std fusing is 10a dip beam for each side 10a high beam for each side so 4 fuses in all

trouble when you relay your running both dips beams togather and both high beams together on the one fuse with the loom you buy not really the way to do it

best way would be 2 looms and cut one side off , , but works out expensive way to do it !!

My 3rd Defendoor arrived today, must find a way of securing it so it doesn't fly off in transit or go walked too easy before fitting it this time.

Milesone!
I did see 158000 but was on the motorway so didn't want to risk the photo.

However when I stopped for fuel the 13 year old in me couldn't resist the photo.
