I had 2 very obviously different pallets to be collect, different sizes and shapes and labeled accordingly.

One to go to Canterbury one to go to Tring.

First of all, after waiting in ALL DAY having taken a valuable day off to wait in for this lorry to turn up it eventually arrived at my house at 6:30. I had called the dispatcher twice in the day to find out a rough collection time - didn't have to be hour accurate but a 2 hour slot would suffice only to be told he will be with you shortly.

When he does then turn up, very apologetic, there had been a horrendous crash that day so traffic was slow, Fair enough though a phone call would have been appreciated. He loaded both pallets I asked him to make sure they were strapped down well as they are both top heavy and valuable to which his reply was "sorry I don't have any straps at all on this lorry" Not even one to the center rail.

Annoyed I then asked him about the stickers he was supposed to have brought, he said he didn't have them with him, insisted he would put the appropriate stickers on when he got to the depot as he was running out of tacho to get to his next collection. I made it very clear which was which and then bid him on his way.

This morning I get a phone call from a very nice lady on customer support asking if my Tring customer had received the correct pallet, as the Canterbury one had received the wrong one.
