Why can't I flash?
Advice please Mr. Green

I just noticed today that my "Lichthupe" (light horn/flasher) doesn't work when I pull back on the headlight switch. Both lights function normally (low and high beam) so can it only be the switch that's knackered or could something else be at fault?

Cheers

If you take out the upper steering column shroud you will gain access to the switch (easy job).
In the rigth side you will be able to see the contacts that overrride the ligth switch to make the light flash.

The contact that is near to the steering wheel should be live and the other make the contact. very easy to see if you move the switch. Try there first.

Yes but I checked the original wiring and it's the same. Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
