an other smoky 300tdi
hello!

My 130 is doing some smoking

at 2000rpm (app) its smoking some blue and when flooring it smoke gets black.

When driving it gives an constant black smoke. There is no oil consumption, no blowby or no coolant loss.

I removed injectors for service but is there anything elso to look after?

EGR is blanked, new filters ( fuel, air), sedimenter cleared, new silicon turbohoses ( clean hoses and intercooler too), ne oil. miles on the clock 186 000mile/300 000tkm. No loss of power and MPG 26.

Im lost help me!

Check your timing belt, Timing may be out causing to early or late injection.

Check your injector pump for signs someone has "tweeked" it and got it wrong. May be as simple as just resetting to factory settings.

Is your turbo waste gate moveable? If its not closing then turbo isn't keeping up with fuel delivery and so the fuel is not being burnt.

Have you checked your oil levels? if it is over full of oil can cause catastrophic failure as it can drink its own sump and you wont be able to stop it.

Also do you have excessive turbo play? If so it could be pumping oil straight into the inlet and exhaust which will make smoke.

Get it sorted soon as.

My turbo went very suddenly a year or so back, dumping all the oil down the exhaust in a matter of seconds and ended up with this:
