Spot light mounting Dilemma
Hello,

I have installed my nudge bar A bar Genuine and now facing a problem installing my Warn 7 " HID spot lights, the instructions come with the lights that I can only install them facing up right position. I have the nudge bar with the winch version, it has to holes up in the bar where I can fit the lights going down.

Where can I get custom mounts for these lights or a solution ? 2016 Defender 90 Adventure Edition

Take a few measurements, sketch a diagram of exactly what it is you need. Find a fabricating engineer and tell him I need two of these made from 1.5mm stainless steel please. Pay him what is due and bolt them to the existing bracket mounting bolts on the upper underside surface of your a bar.

Thumbs Up

If you want to keep it all clean and tidy, get rid of the Warns, and buy something that fits, the below for instance.
These new Hellas will attach to your A-bar without any tinkering, and are thin enough to not require any drilling in the grill either.
You may have seen that kitoper on here installed them on his Hunter, and I can assure you they are about the nicest high quality LED driving lights I have ever seen.

No, of course not a correct price at all. Why don't you send a PM to kitoper, he surely can inform you of where he was able to order them from?
Also if you do a search on here for "Defender Hunter Edition", you will get a good view of how they look installed on page 5 and 6 of that thread. Thumbs Up

Keep it simple, take your vehicle AND lights to a fabricator, tell him exactly where you want the lights to be fitted and let him figure out and manufacture the bracket arrangement you will need.

Just spoke to a german dealer, found 2 Hella LED LUMINATOR Compact. HE will provide me a quotation tomorrow (90% done). Going to sell Warn to a friend of mine. I found fabricators here but the quality of the work is bad. 2016 Defender 90 Adventure Edition
