I personally wouldn't upgrade it if it isn't that rating already. Mine is 15A and it's that rating for a reason mainly to protect the wiring but also the HU.

Would it also be better to use the 4v pre out for the subwoofer rather than speaker level? The Kenwood has some useful functions for tailoring the subwoofer output which wouldn't be available using speaker outs... 2013 Defender 90 HT Range Rover Evoque |
