Germany 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Baltic Blue
I switched to Crystals/Nightbreakers soon after buying the 110 and they were certainly better than stock.
However, now having switched to LEDs, I have to say that the Speakers are far and away the best upgrade I have made in the past three years. Astounding improvement at night. Obviously I can't say anything about the other makes but if Speakers are the "worst" option (and vainly, I also really like the way they look), LEDs are definitely worth it if the cash is there Thumbs Up
As an added bonus, they also cure the "melting headlamp switch" problem.

That's what I'm going with!

Although she's arguing that the money would be better spent on our wedding. I naturally disagree.

Touch wood I haven't experienced the melting switch problem, but maybe they made them properly 28 years ago.

Would be good to actually see the lights in person before commiting though - need to find someone near me!

Just fitted Crystals and night breaker plus, what a difference Bow down many thanks to Steve and Advanced Factors, if like me you think several hundred pounds is a bit extreme for a pair of head lights when there are so many other mods out there, have a look at some of the previous comments.

LED SPEAKERS.
Took the plunge and bought a set of JW Speaker 8700 LED headlamps. Mobile Centre were excellent to deal with. The lamps were with me in one day after ordering, (I'm over in Norn Iron) so was very impressed. Haven't got round to fitting them yet as busy with work. Looking forward to fitting them. I have wipac spots fitted to an A bar. Question: if I wanted to replace the spots with an LED light bar on the A bar and another on the roof rack could I use the original OEM wiring to the spots with extensions to the cables to suit? Thanks. This electrickery is confoosing!

Johnny - did you get some stainless bezels at the same time? Tim does them too. It's worth it (saves replacement later on) and makes switching over lamps slightly less fiddly Thumbs Up Tell someone you love them today because life is short.

No one has mentioned Xenon/HID kits - are these suitable for defenders?

Not a huge fan of them in retro fit form but they are certainly bright.
