Might be worth leaving the headlining out for a while just to make sure its the correct type of foam. Check to make sure its not absorbing the moisture. |

I found a strip and have put it in a mug of water to see if the water level drops or the strip feels heavy/soggy 1999 Defender TD5 110

Left a strip of it in a mug of water over night and OK. Left another strip floating in a bucket of water and again, still floating, so I chopped in half and the inside isnt wet .... so I guess thats a good thing. 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |

Superbly scientific. I love it I hope you did this in your garden shed whilst wearing a brown overcoat, with a mug of tea |

I thought it was...No overcoat though.
We took one standard piece of foam and cut it into strips like thus. Then we place the specimen into a water storage vessel and observed the reaction...... Kinda thought. If its still floating in the morning, it will be suitable to go in the Landy! 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |
