Up to just over 19,000 miles now and it's still doing everything asked of it. Coming up to two years old next month so it's been booked in for the 2 year / 24,000 mile service and will need taxing before the weekend. John

Not much to report really. It went in to Lancasters for it's 2 year, 24k service yesterday with just under 20k miles on it.
Full service with new brake fluid etc, updated mp for the gearbox and a new bit of trim around the rear offside passenger door lock button as the old one kept pinging off. They also noticed that one of the rear reflectors was missing so fitted a new one. Tehy lent me an Ewok for the day and it was so nice to get back in the 110 afterwards ... Fully washed and cleaned inside and out. Shame it may get dirty on Exmoor at the weekend Click image to enlarge John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |

Thanks Steve, no real updates to report as it just keeps on doing everything I need.
It is two years old on Friday - I may buy it a steering guard or some diff guards John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |

Happy 2nd Birthday to the 110 today
It sitting out in the rain at the moment looking clean (except for bird crap on the roof. It has a pair of diff guards ordered and due for delivery today - I've also got around to ordering a steering guard that may arrive with any luck. Hopefully it will be dry enough to fit them this evening / tomorrow morning before heading off to Exmoor. John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |

I ordered the West Mids 4x4 Challenge guard. It's the best I found for being fit for purpose - the bars don't clog or trap stones and can be replaced if one gets bent.
Click image to enlarge Everything arrived today although the courier from QT was a muppet and went to wrong address but I tracked the parcel down in the end. It's been howling a gale and raining / sleeting here all afternoon so I've been out to fit anything yet ... John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |

Here is the first box unpacked
Click image to enlarge Quality bit of kit and seems solid - but then they product test on challenge events so it should more than up to what I need John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |

And the second from QT
Click image to enlarge Again nice solid well made bits of kit. I just need the weather clear and the man flu to ease in the morning so I can fit at least the steering guard before leaving. John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |

You're brave putting those guards on your best table. Don't let Mrs JSG catch you doing that...

Been a bit lax in updating this thread ...
The Sat morning was nice and dry so I got to work fitting the QT front diff guard. I'd read some of the threads on here and wasn't expecting it to be easy but it wasn't too bad. The key is to assemble loosely and then once the top plate is in place (needed a slight bend) I used the trolley jack under the guard to lift and line up the rear holes. Then it was on to the steering guard. Very impressed with the quality and how it went together - the gate rings came off and the additional plates that came with the guard replace them.
Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge The rear diff guard didn't get fitted as it was time to get cleaned up and drive to Exmoor where the next day I tested how good the new guard was at getting dirty ... John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |
