Fixed my front heated screen by pushing the relay back into its' socket Rolling Eyes

Hopefully fixed the duff part of my rear heated screen too, with some of that special conductive paint. Time will tell on that one. Darren

Found out while attempting to wire up an auxiliary fuse box that there IS a standard factory fitted battery backup sounder.
As did the neighbours at 10pm.
Have now read the user handbook that says I have a 15 second window to disconnect battery after removing key.

We've decided to go for a bit of sound-proofing in my 90 - starting with engine bay and load space and then the rest as an when we are already doing work in those areas.

Got some new Kenwood speakers today (the ones recommended on the Speakers thread) and sub-woofer should be arriving today. Thumbs Up Our blog - http://landytravels.com/

My post came out a bit garbled (its been a long week!) - Got 2 of the Kenwards for the front earlier in the week, pleased with them so decided to order 2 more for the back and yeah, the little subwoofer with the built in amp to match. Can't go for anything too big and bulky amp/woofer wise as we are limited on space and where to put it (being as its a 90 and will be packed to the roof nearly when we go to Oz!).
Current plan is to mount the sub on the wheel arch behind the drivers seat (no bulkhead). The other side has the ARB compressor on it so that's those 2 spaces filled up ! Smile Our blog - http://landytravels.com/

still fitting the webasto:

fitted the one-way valve to the expansion tank
almost finished the diesel pump install
routed the diesel pump wires
measured and cut the exhaust and air pipes to correct length and fitted to unit

started on orange fan wire ... decided to have a beer instead

tomorrow, fit fan wires and fully fit unit on to brackets ... then still loads to do
