It comes out of the seat box UK drivers side, accros the top of the transfer case side ways a little, then backwards towards the rear bulkhead and up. You cant really route it wrong.

Thanks for reply.
I've currently got it coming though the gbox tunnel on nearside into engine bay. Then across back of bulkhead then not sure where to go from there??

Does it fix to the wheel arch or run along the top of the chassis or somewhere else??

How it runs on my RHD 2003 90. I will talk left and right seen frrom the back of the car to the front.

The loom runs from below the right seat over the gearbox to the left chassis rail. from there to before the bulkhead and then over the bellhousing to the right again. The it follows the Right side off the engine to the front.
I installed from the front to the back I found that a more logical way off doing things.

I placed my Ecu to the bulkhead between/behind the front seats. The only wire to extend is the wire to the high low sensor. Roel

Ah! Starting to make more sense now.

So it fixes to the back of the engine rather than on the bulkhead?

Also there are 3 or 4 plugs in the loom that look like little spark plug leads, what are they for as can't see anything for them to plug in to?

Al lets start again as I think their is some confusion at my end.

Do you want to run the loom as factory ? or do you want to relocate your TD5 ecu from under the seat?

Hi Pete,

I have located the ecu under the drivers seat. I think I've pretty much got it sussed now, as I was thinking it should be fixed to the bulkhead behind the engine, rather than on the back of the engine itself.

What are the spark plug looking leads for? and also Does the under seat fusebox next to the ecu mount onto a bracket of some kind - a photo wopuld be handy....

Ahh ok then my first post after editing it was wrong info sorry.

Yes the fuse box sits next to the ecu on a black tin bracket. I dont have any pictures but if you are stuck on Monday ill get one from my Defender for you. The 4 spark plug type leads are the heater plug wires and slip on to the end of the pugs sort of above the inlet manifold next to the head.
