I fiited this size and they're perfect. They fill the arches like the factory tyres should have. I have fitted the genuine factory Land Rover mudflaps and wheel arch extensions prior to having the new tyres fitted and they all compliment each other well.
![]() Click image to enlarge No wheel-spacers needed. No rubbing. Speedo is now correct (UK standard settings). The gearing appears to be unaffected too. ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge |

Looking good! No rubbing off road or at full lock?

No not at all. The BFG's have quite a hard tread but with the extra inch height I'm sure it'll even itself out.
I think the 110 looks juicy now. Last edited by BadgerWaz on 27th Dec 2024 1:00am. Edited 1 time in total |

When you say the speedo is now correct, what was the problem before and what tyres were you using? TIA. |

That it now no longer under-reads. Manufacturers set these below the actual speed shown in the cluster (a set tolerance) to accomodate different size wheels/tyres/pressures so you're never actually driving at 60 when the speedo says it's 60 (more like 57).
You can correct this using IIDG4 but I never bothered. With my larger tyres my speedo now matches gps perfectly, so 30 is 30 (not 27.5 mph) etc. ![]() 255/60/20 factory size previously. |

Ah - ECE Regulation 39.
Was wondering if there was a specific JLR-related problem... |

I really like the look of that setup, looks mean, but in a purposeful way.
Interestingly, you said that the 275/60/20 doesn't rub anywhere, I found a post somewhere else saying that it did. I am looking for getting a second wheel + tyre set for any winter/off road driving and weighing in all the tyre setups: 255/60/20 275/55/20 and now also 275/60/20 Depending on a tyre availability. |

Mine don't rub on anything.
8.5" wheel diameter. Used offroad. Coil springs. |
