How old is the suspension? Could be many things. Need to get under there and have a look. Could be failed damper.

Could be damper bushings (thanks for not calling a damper a shock btw). I find the bushings can fail quickly but are also very easy to install...

If you get under, itโs worth checking the A frame bushes and ball joint too.
Though itโs central rear, it can seem like itโs coming from a direction it isnโt located and be deceptive. Though ball joint usually is a kind of knock, knock, knock on coasting off power approx 20 to 30mph when on and off light power you would notice it or on light potholes at lower speeds. Itโs like to be damper bushes more though I think, look and feel for excess movement by pulling things around and or bounce suspension and look for movement.  $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

Yes its damper bushes mite as well order the bushes of the rest.
