'I drive a Lexus' doesn't have quite the same ring about it.

Toyota just issued a massive recall for vehicles with that 3.4 twin-turbo V8. The fix? new engines. I test drove the new GX and while it was very good, the interior felt cheap, which was very unexpected since Lexus interiors of late have been excellent. Too much cheap and scratchy plastic. And it wasn't as smooth or refined as the Defender on-road. You can really tell the GX is an old-school body-on-frame vehicle. Nothing wrong with that, but for $80k I'd like a better ride and more direct handling. Regardless, best of luck with the new car! 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟏𝟎 𝐒 𝐏𝟑𝟎𝟎 (Pangea Green over Acorn/Lunar)
