lt's true. Nobody knows!!
Well, l diluted it 50/50 as all the other OAT antifreeze l've got says dilute 50/50 unless you are in the Arctic and it's -50 outside. lt's only a 0.3 litre top up it needed anyway so it won't make any difference to the system's 10 litre likely capacity. But someone, somewhere must know. l messaged two sellers on Ebay but neither responded. |

The eternal enigma.
Is the Land Rover coolant used as is, or should it be diluted before use. |

If itโs the same stuff they sell for the Puma then it will be concentrated and should be diluted 50% with deionised water

Click image to enlarge yes, I also searched, that's why I bought this product, which meets the prescribed standard STJLR.651.5003 and where it's more clear - you can buy both concentrate and already mixed mixture |

On page 461 of my Handbook it says that the coolant is a mixture of 50% water and 50% antifreeze meeting ST JLR 651.5003. So I think the requirement is to dilute it the antifreeze supplied by JLR with water.

This is what I bought from the dealer. Supposed to dilute it 50/50. Luckily I haven't had to use it yet.

Thank you for the replies. l've just had a response from one of the Land Rover dealers who confirmed that the antifreeze should be diluted 50/50 with water.
