Find a LOF approved LR Specialist and you will have a 12 months warranty on all the LOF parts fitted.
You can go on the LOF website and they have an approved fitters map you can check. 2008 2.4 110 Utility Station Wagon XS. |

Sachs in mine aka the Transit 4x4 clutch, it’s uprated to a good weight carrying capacity.
I’m happy with it, it feels stronger than the factory offering and isn’t heavy, slips less. I’m pleased with it, if you have a 2.4 you can use the later 2.2 slave and associated 2.2 bleed valve etc with it. |

I replaced the original with a LOF powerspec. The pedal is not any heavier performs super smooth. I have only done 10k km’s so I do not know how it is in terms of longevity.
The parts seemed well made and in my opinion of superior quality, when compared to the original parts that came out. |

I have had an LOF Powerspec in for 3 years now. I find it is a big improvement over the original LR clutch especially off road or when loaded and towing, with it being far more tractable from stationary (no slip). I do get some rattle when in neutral which I believe is the gearbox idler shaft and due to the stiffer clutch springs.
I currently have an LOF pedal spring fitted as well, which makes the pedal lighter but not too much. |

Yes, direct fit no problems at all just like all other options.
It suits the MT82 6speed transmission and Ford Duratorque both 2.4 and 2.2L. (Which is the Defender Puma). It was fitted to the Ford Transit 4x4, which had the same gearbox and engine. Regards the Transit 4x4 and its payload etc Blackwolf on here knows more about it, but it is a heavy duty option and very good. It’s what I have, plus the later 2.2 slave, and bleed valve etc. I’ve just come back today from a 110 mile round trip, very pleased with it. So the Sachs / Transit 4x4 clutch will fit straight in a 2007 to 2016 Puma no problem at all. |

Great thanks, I've ordered the Sachs clutch. I am not fitting it as just haven't got the time and I haven't done it before. It's going into Defender specialist, hopefully next week if the clutch comes and I can sort recovery. Good point on the crank seal as it is leaking. Am having a LOF adapter shaft at the same time. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

There is the adaptor shaft yeah, mine was fine (genuine) but has always been lubed. I have a new flywheel as well, kept safe but again wasn’t needed when mine was done. |

I have a Clutchfix HD one, maybe 12000 miles on it now, but despite not having had any really hard use it makes a rattle worse than the original when everything is hot. Seems OK when cold.
