I thought plastic (nylon or polyethylene) could not be glued. Any clue what is used to bond these parts?

So, this chap (ZA) says that there's a UK company doing a billet steel replacement part, does anyone know about this?

Is the through flow of coolant more controllable than the original plastic one or is it still just a choice between cold and then very warm/hot no matter where the dial on the dash is set?

I spoke with D&D at the time. They said they’d made it for Ian at IRB, so hopefully he will come on here and tell us when it is available. I really want one! WARNING. This post may contain sarcasm. |

Hello everyone, happy to see this thread popping up. My defender mainly blows warm, (also when heater is not turned on, The A/C blows hot air) is that related to this part (or could it be)? Have a good day everyone. Making my Defender great again. (Or trying to at least xD)

@waka Yes, that is due to the control valve having failed --
