Would have loved a KIV700, but it does not do rear view camera input Sad --

I also use the Oxygen unit and I'm very pleased with it.

I use an iPhone anyway, so it seemed a good choice and meant no trailing wires, it now supports the iPod touch and as it has separate bluetooth you can use a different phone to the one in the cradle for calls if you want.

I also like the 'sound app' as it allows you to adjust the bass, midrange and treble. I found that the Land Rover tweeters are OK but a bit bright and could tun them down using the app but not lose midrange.

You can download a DAB radio app and use that to get crystal clear DAB stations as well, in fact all apps work in the car, Tom Tom

I have been considering the video out put to mount a ceiling screen for the kids to watch movies too.

Good news, Oxygen will upgrade old units software to the latest for FREE !

You have to pay the carriage to France but they will pay it back.

Was going to post a picture of the Iphone fitted to the Oxygen in my 110 but realised I would need the phone to take the picture ... Whistle Mr. Green

Thanks for the info Matt!

I had the same idea and problem taking a picture of the fitted iphone in my 110, but used an oldfashioned digicam instead. So you may have a look at my gallery.

Just realized the fotos in the gallery are crap due to darkness, therefore made some with better visibility, one with cradle 'inside', one with turned cradle 'outside'[/img]

That's the one - I like your guage in place of the clock, what is 'sticking out' of the top of the dash ?

The gauge was an idea of my dealer, one of the former clocksetting-buttons is used for the handsfree micro.
On top of the dash there's a console from startech for a portable falk-navi connected to the radio/ocar

Looks interesting. Do you maybe have a picture and/or the installation manual? Althought the price on the startech page is also nice...

Which DAB radio App do you use and does it eat into your data allowance?

Exchanged the Pioneer for the Philips yesterday.

Pros:
More user-friendly
Quicker interface
RDS, SD/SDHC capability.
It has a Dynamic something-other feature where you can select which area of the car you want the sound to focus. So when alone in the car, you select front right, and the unit focuses the sound to that area.

Cons:
Equaliser controls are a bit finicky.
Tuner is not as clear as the Pioneer (a few mountains where we live)

All in all, very impressed with the unit, happy that I swapped the Pioneer for this.

Any idea if the Philips head units are available in the UK? After much searching I cannot find much focus on Philips in car from any UK retailer (apart from the basic range) ... specifically looking for the reversing camera input for my 110...
Thanks Andy

Collecting my 90 on Tuesday have brought a pioneer sub and a parrot asteroid. Hope this improves the standard sound system.
