it depends how many people come!
at the moment we are looking at the same(ish) rate per vehicle as commercial lane trips charge. but we are including a nights accommodation and evening meal in that too. they are just providing a days laning. i am really after finding out whose interested so i can let them see the accommodation options. It's not that far from me so no point and I'll bring the kids etc.
Don't mind dobbing in 15 or 20 quid (should easy cover a tankful between us)to cover the chaps fuel for recceing. Pom |

Hi Pom,
At the moment we are looking to put together a package of evening meal, nights accommodation and then the laning. Details of what would be covered for running the day are in the many previous earlier posts. The initial thought was on putting together something to get everyone together for a social the day/eve prior then do some lanes the next day. you know what its like sometimes with inclement weather alot stay in vehicles on a laning day and you never really get the social side of things. thats not to say you cant join us for the day but current plan is to confirm accommodation/food/ins prices and work on that for 2grps of 8. its the B&B that is the main cost and deciding where to stay!
