North Yorkshire County Council Consultation
Saw this on Landyzone, perhaps this can be made a sticky for a while.

North Yorkshire County Council is currently, until Friday 27th April, inviting members
of the public and interested parties to consult on what they are calling 'unsurfaced roads'.

I suggest you take a wander over to Consultation Web page

Not to sure of the impact, but you can be sure the 'bobble hats' will be taking an interest.

They are inviting comment on current and future use, and as to what maintenance should be done.
