If you research how you can use the cable the kit comes with so there is no further cost. You can also contact the vendor and they will do it remotely for you. I already had a gap tool for other software unlocks I had done. That cost about $900 CAD but not essential for this upgrade.

Going the OEM route with just the 11” the screen new is about 2k and all the plastic parts run about $400. You would then still need a cable adapter. Plus with either the 11 or 13” screen you may have to modify the top dash rail a little to get the fit right.
