I need a little bit of help.... How do I remove the terminals from this housing?

from my experience with messing about with loom connectors in the past, is that a very small flat head at the back of the plug normally releases the little terminals. but take photos before you disturb it.

Move the slide latch across on the face of the connector (looks like it already is on your picture) then just firmly push the terminals out of the back of the connector. You just need something the same diameter of the terminals to avoid damaging them

You will need a tube type removal tool to push the terminal tangs in. Simply pushing on the terminals will wreck them and possibly the housing too.
I have in the past (where no removal tool was available) used a piece cut from an aluminium drinks can, wrapped around a suitably sized Pozi screwdriver to make a tube for removing terminals like these. ![]() ![]() |

Thanks for the replies.... I did as Steve said, and it seems that i might have got away without causing damage as per Martins reply.... I did have to squirt a little WD40 to release the seals that seem to have stuck themselves to the housing.
