Happy with my 90, but a nice late model 110 USW XS could take its place if I had to just have one dream vehicle

Mate, of all people I thought you would come up with something interesting. Not a Dakar racer or Group B rally car? You daily’d a Westfield so why not a Maclaren F1 or Ferrari 250 GTO? Lots of folks happy with their Defenders but no Works V8’s or original Camel Trophy specials? WARNING. This post may contain sarcasm. |

Having discussed this with Mrs G....
I’d have my built G4 on a galv with an LS... exactly as it’s going to be. She’d have a NEW Defender 90. |

It’s such a tough question....especially as we both love cars.
Her dream would be an original Porsche 356, but like she says, she can’t go shooting in that Edit: I’m not entirely happy with my choice. I never will be, hence why I’ve had so many diverse cars. |

356 is a great shout. I could just about make that work with a removable towbar although a 911 Safari with roof rack would be more practical. Out of my old cars I reckon my Integrale would have been a contender, so an FIA spec Group N rally version could be tempting. WARNING.

That would be very cool. Keeping the Japanese theme, I have often wondered about sticking a race tuned VR38DETT engine from a Skyline into a rag top 90. WARNING.

That’s just not going to happen.
The garage would look really empty with just one car in it instead of 9. And I wouldn’t need the upstairs packed full of parts. All 200+ boxes numbered and contents listed on a spreadsheet. And how about all the tools to suit? |
