Yes but the normal bulbs produces a lot of heat!!!

Agree its a hell of a lot of money for a pair of headlamps, when you can get 7" sealed beams halogen headlamps for about £7 each. I think in many ways this is the joke with LED's, although the light output and current draw on the latest range of light bars is phenomenal compared to similarly priced halogen light bars.

Do the retailers just replace ip67 lamps if they leak water ?


We would replace the lamps IF we had supplied them....

We do not recomend the replacement of the lenses nor offer them as a spare part. Any "user" modifications which involved removal ore replacement of the lens would not be covered under warranty.

If there is concern over breakage then we can supply Polycarbonate lensed lamps

The lens will not let water through from a pressure washer, I have a headlamp which is three years old that spends around two months a year in a fish tank. I have replaced the fish tank twice....

Anyone who has seen us at shows will have seen the fish tank

Here are some standard IP67 LED headlamps at work - they are a couple of metres under water in this shot
