Why do those switch relocation panels always have that big round hole at the bottom? 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Dynamat interior helps a lot, bonnet is often not worth it as sound "leaks" from everywhere in the vicinity anyway.
Bluest - It does have a purpose (round dial.) but most people including myslef don't like it! Far better to be squared off matching the top edge. No Guts, No Glory. š¬š§š“ó §ó ¢ó „ó ®ó §ó æš“ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó æš“ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó “ó æš®šŖšŗšøā½ļøš¢ļøāļøš§°šŖ |

It will. The roof and rear wheel boxes are well worth doing too, especially when teamed with some 6mm foam over the top. The Puma bonnet is already pretty stiff, which is why Dynamat doesn't really help there. Thanks all.
Agree the dial space is a pain, I guess first person to create the template wanted one and everyone else just copied it. I may put an internal/external temp gauge in, or altimeter? If anyone has suggestions for something EASY, please shout. The rear in mine doesnt have carpet on the wheel arch boxes so I am hoping once I dynamat and carpet that it will make more difference! |

Stonechipping the under arches road side helps also, but does need to be clean and prior to Dinitrol application to metal areas.
Helps a lot on plastic arches under the front too, but as I said must be clean first. All the different things added together help a lot. No Guts, No Glory. š¬š§š“ó §ó ¢ó „ó ®ó §ó æš“ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó æš“ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó “ó æš®šŖšŗšøā½ļøš¢ļøāļøš§°šŖ |

Looks good. Did the same with mine as soon as I got it.
I have used Dynamat in the roof and inside the front doors but tempted to drop the headlining again to add some foam. Stu... 2013 Aintree Green 90 XS SW 2.2 Puma |

LR are replacing the headlining when the new one comes in - it is sagging slightly in the middle. Not quite sure why they couldn't sort that without replacing it

In that case, it'd pay to remove the existing and install foam before taking it in for the new one to be fitted. Obviously no need to reinstall the old one. Darren
