Bit of progress on the bowler copies this evening. Just started to weld the end bracket on and the welder packed up

I know, they are expensive! Not much progress as I haven't fixed the welder and I have been quite busy with work. Got a few things on my list now!
Hopefully I'll get a free evening to get the speaker pods in soon. That will tidy up the back as I currently have home made mdf boxes wrapped in automotive carpet. Ok but not as tidy as I'd like 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

Shouldn't have to modify as the rear of the tub stays flat does it not? 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

Yes, but the plastic comes forward too far, hanging over the Arch and as you want take the seats back further

Here you go. My arch adapter was the smaller version, but there is also a larger version that covers the whole of the wheel box. The measurement in the picture is from the back door seal, and there is also a 30mm lip on the adapter plate. You'll will be able to move the smaller adapter plate back, (but not the large version),and so move the seats back also. The csw tdci tub arches are cutout in there entirety and so the lr speaker pod is different. Hope that helps a bit

Ideal thanks Jim. I'll definitely wait to fit my speaker pods till its done
Today - ahead of my greenlaning trip in Salisbury I made a jate ring for the front. Only the one as I'm not planning on getting too stuck. Still got to paint it up Click image to enlarge 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |
