Good point on the WD40. That's what Karl and I used when we put mine together but we were doing it without access to much other than what I had to hand in the car.
You'd be better off with a proper lubcricant (although WD40 did seem to work). One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS + New Defender 110 First Edition |

Had a quick rummage through his posts but couldn't find anything leading to a definitive answer. Going off the connections solely, your best bets are either Safety Devices or Protection & Performance. I'd be leaning to the latter given the hoops flatter bend pattern of the upper bar though.

It was a one-off made by Sonic3d himself. It wasn't a roll cage (it attached to the tub only) just a structure to support the rack. He eventually sold it to someone on this forum but I can't remember who.
