Exhaust fabricator
I'm looking to change the tail pipe section to stainless steel purely for aesthetics.

Does any know of a good company that can make them in the Essex, London or Kent areas?

Or alternatively a company that actually sells just the tail pipe section?

Just like that - just for a 90, so exiting within the arch over the mudflap..

I believe the rear silencer doesn't make much difference so without preferably so its tidier in the arch.

Something like below for what you would see -

hi Cake,

very possible - I pinched the idea off someone else. Very Happy

I think you'll find the original is s/s but a low grade hence it doesn't rot but also doesn't polish as well as some s/s but is ok for me and to be honest in my opinion polishes sufficiently well to suit the defender.

Thumbs Up

I took your advice and after a little wire wool and remove grit and some Autosol for only 20 minutes worth of effort i got a very surprising result!

Thanks so much for letting me know and saving more ££s, i will put more effort soon enough but amazed already with the outcome.

Glad you are sorted however if you want a custom built exhaust in the future try Pipecraft in Basildon, excellent fabricators and I bet they are just up the road from you!!! Cheers Don.
