Well the mot for the 110 was delayed until today but it passed well with a advisor that the front disc will need changing soon so not too bad. When the mechanic from my indie dropped it back he did compliment it saying it was one of the nicest driving 110’s he has ever driven and he used to work at main dealership he was impressed with the je remap it has and said it sounded lovely

Scrolling through I saw the Sparco wheel and thought 'Wow I need to get one like that!" but after seeing your Momo I have changed my mind - it looks even better! Can you get the Momo without the red stitching?

Well this is turning into a expensive few weeks first the new wheels for the 110 ( getting them fitted this weekend ) then had a full service with all fluids etc changed at my great local indie, who when returning it showed me this
Click image to enlarge The fuel filter housing had given up the ghost so I purchased this Click image to enlarge It’s going to make my chassis look rally tatty when it is fitted next week I then decided to buy some other needed bits as I obviously haven’t spent enough money so I bought a sealy wheel nut socket ready for taking wheels of 90 to fit the spacers that have come off the 110 ready for the new wheels with different offset to be fitted, a nice set of stainless front mud flap brackets from tuffrok as front mud flap has snapped off the 110 and will be fitting a new set and brackets are really rusty and also got a ram phone mount to use in the landies Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Also need to replace the front disc on 110 due to bad corrosion anybody used the EBC dimpled and grooved vented discs as thinking of getting them. |

So I had the gore filter housing fitted yesterday, even made a little gasket to go in between the chassis and mounting very well engineered my mechanic was very impressed with it compared to the standard one.
Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Then I built up my new front mudflaps the tuffrox stainless brackets are nice and solid Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Then today I found a decent tyre place to sort out the awful job the other place did Before Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge After with new mudflaps fitted Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Tonight I am a happy chappy the previous fitter apparently did not have a clue not a weight in site and they also used black ones as well. All ready for travelling to Cornwall on Saturday |
